Customer Strategy Senior Consultant (Secret cleared)
Position Summary

By joining our team, you will play a vital role in making an impact for our clients and the people they serve through our growth strategy, enhanced user experiences, and engagement through the entire lifecycle of customers’ interactions with the public sector.


This position is located in Huntsville, AL.

 

Work you’ll do 

Serve as the day-to-day lead on projects, primarily onsiteServe as a strategic advisor to high-level military clients to drive progress, asking strategic questions to uncover better solutions, and implement changeHelp identify and minimize risks, allocate resources effectively, anticipate challenges, and enhance operational effectivenessDevelop and/or review/assess and update strategic communications materials associated with an acquisition program, including supportive project schedules, interfacing with key stakeholders, process roadmaps, policy updates, personas, etc., to drive buy-in and org changeSupport routine Project Management Reviews (PMR) to report status, identify project risks, and evaluate overall progress towards meeting project objectives; and own development of Monthly Status Reporting (MSR).

In Customer Strategy & Applied Design we elevate the Human Experience. We help clients and account teams design innovative services and human experiences. A few examples of how we achieve this is by conducting ethnographic research, service blueprinting, and surveying customer segmentations. 

 

Qualifications 


Required: 

Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of professional experience Active Secret Security clearance required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Ability to apply Human-centered design (HCD) theories with a customer lens to problem solvingStrong interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting at executive levels, critical and strategic thinking and organizational skills Strong PowerPoint Presentation skills

 

Preferred: 

Previous Consulting experience in Government Public Sector
