Mission Of The RoleTo ensure a successful activation of Technogym Digital Ecosystem, proactively supporting the Client in achieving Success on the most suitable KPIs. To generate Best Practices on Customer Success that can support the sales team in maximizing product penetration and positioning. To maximise the number of people actively using the mywellness cloud platform, exploiting any upsell opportunity on software, devices and services (e.g. consulting).
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. Experience of, or a proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable, along with excellent account management/solution selling/strategic thinking/relationship skills.
What you should bring:
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in business development, pre-sales support, consultancy, customer succes. Bachelor in STEM, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Economics. Excellent Dutch and English proficiency and strong knowledge of digital products and market trends. Experience in project management, sales processes, business development. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing sales processes. Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market analysis and benchmarking. Demonstrated project management and goal orientation abilities. Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing customer relationships. Excellent negotiation and sales techniques.
