As a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) Manager, you are the bridge that connects customers with transformative solutions, driving growth and fostering long-term partnerships. You are pivotal in shaping the customer journey, ensuring that every interaction delivers value and reinforces Microsoft's position as a leader in customer success.
In this role, you will directly manage CSAM individual contributors and managers, who support the most critical and impactful accounts, ensuring clarity and actionable goals for the team. As a community leader for GCR, you will participate in global forums and manage updates and changes to ensure smooth operations within the region. You will act as an executive sponsor for key customers, driving customer experience improvement, sustainable business growth, and overseeing the CSAM team in customer relationship management, execution of consumption delivery and operational excellence.
