You will be responsible for supporting our current and new clients to put more people onto Corndel training programmes, explaining to new businesses the opportunities presented by the training tax, managing relationships with our most important customers, and helping mobilise new contracts.
The role:
As our Customer Success Advisor, you will support our account management team to ensure all learners and customers have a seamless and efficient onboarding experience. This customer-focused role requires exceptional organisational skills, stakeholder management, excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. As a key point of contact for our onboarding learners and clients you will be required to provide timely and accurate responses to enquiries and follow processes.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting Learners to Join Our Programmes:
+ Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding queries on behalf of the Account Management Team, including calling and emailing prospective learners to discuss their enrolment status.
+ Assist learners in completing onboarding activities in Aptem, our virtual learning platform.
+ Respond to learner queries regarding onboarding requirements and provide guidance as needed.
+ Provide detailed programme information to learners when required.
+ Keep the Account Management Team updated on the progress of their cohorts.
+ Collaborate closely with the Enrolment, Compliance, and Claims team to ensure all learners are fully enrolled prior to launch events.
+ Contact learners to request additional information before confirming their eligibility.
2. Supporting the Account Management Team:
+ Process student lists and address queries raised by the Excellence, Compliance, and Claims team.
+ Collaborate with product leads to coordinate learner enrolments onto Open Cohorts.
+ Regularly update our CRM system (HubSpot) with relevant information.
+ Use Monday.com, our caseload management system, to track learner progress, raise and resolve trackers, and schedule follow-ups.
3. Supporting with additional Administrative Duties:
+ Preparing contracts for signing and ensuring they are stored accurately.
+ Supporting our Finance Team with Co-Investment and Employer Incentive Payments.
+ Providing support to customers regarding their Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) accounts.
+ Collecting and maintaining up-to-date customer information in our CRM system (HubSpot).
+ Help us to grow and further develop our onboarding process
