Customer Success Advisor for EHS software package 

 
As a Customer Success Advisor for our EHS software package, you'll be the go-to person for 30 to 40 customer accounts across Europe. Your main goal is to build and maintain strong post-sales relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for customers in complex industries. You'll be the first point of contact to address and prevent issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive account relationships. 

Location: Alphen aan den Rijn, Deventer or Hoevelaken. 


Your tasks and responsibilities: 

Expert Guidance: Provide advice and guidance to ensure successful use and adoption of the Enablon platform. 

Technical Support: Discuss product details, best practices, and strategies to help customers achieve their goals. 

Trusted Advisor: Build trust with customers and coordinate resources to resolve any issues. 

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet customer needs and drive account growth. 

Relationship Building: Establish key relationships within accounts to increase interaction and engagement. 

Customer Advocacy: Work with customer support and product management to ensure quick resolution of issues and influence product development.

About You 

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. 

Experience: 3+ years in an EHS-related role or customer service position. 

Skills: Excellent English, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. 

Attributes: Customer service-oriented, team player, adaptable, and proactive. 

Bonus: Experience managing complex customer engagements and thinking strategically while executing tactically. 

The team 
You'll join a newly created team of 6 customer support advisors located in the Netherlands, UK, and US. You'll be part of a larger sales team of 12 people worldwide, with bi-weekly team meetings.
