We are searching for a Customer Success Advocate (CSA) to work as part of the Customer Success Organization at Sage Intacct. Our team is focused on improving Customer Satisfaction as measured by our Net Promoter Score (NPS), minimizing renewal churn by improving product adoption, and promoting Sage Intacct’s Customer for Life program as it relates to customer milestones, references, and Community involvement. In this role, you will act as the leading product expert for Account Manager inquiries, and increase product adoption based on your interactions with Sage Intacct customers as product-related questions arise.
