Customer Success Assistant

Responsibilities:

 Serve for Customer Success Team, working with different logistics departments and functions to familiarize yourself with the company's logistics operations and processes.

 Learn and master key areas of logistics, such as logistics planning, B2B customer service, supply chain management, warehousing, and transportation.

 Assist the logistics team in daily operational activities, including order processing, cargo tracking, and transportation coordination.

 Participate in logistics project management, including supply chain optimization, cost control, and transportation efficiency improvement.

 Support senior management in strategic planning, business development, and performance evaluation.

 Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

 Build and maintain cooperative relationships with team members, suppliers, and customers.

 Provide innovative suggestions and improvements to enhance logistics process efficiency and business outcomes.
