Responsibilities:
Serve for Customer Success Team, working with different logistics departments and functions to familiarize yourself with the company's logistics operations and processes.
Learn and master key areas of logistics, such as logistics planning, B2B customer service, supply chain management, warehousing, and transportation.
Assist the logistics team in daily operational activities, including order processing, cargo tracking, and transportation coordination.
Participate in logistics project management, including supply chain optimization, cost control, and transportation efficiency improvement.
Support senior management in strategic planning, business development, and performance evaluation.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
Build and maintain cooperative relationships with team members, suppliers, and customers.
Provide innovative suggestions and improvements to enhance logistics process efficiency and business outcomes.
