Customer Success Enablement Specialist
Job Description * THIS IS A 3 MONTH CONTRACT ROLE WITH A POTENTIAL TO GO PERMANENT DEPENDING ON THE NEEDS OF THE BUSINESS. THE OPPORTUNITY As the Customer Success Enablement Specialist at Xactly Corporation, you’ll leverage your customer success, account management and training experience to create world-class curriculums for our Customer Success and Client Executive teams. RESPONSIBILITIES Own creation of a enablement plan & materials to roll out new processes & organizational structure to customer-facing success and post-sales teams, with the initial session taking place at the Sales Kick-Off in February Refine & curate materials in Confluence, ensuring the knowledge base is clear and current Work with leadership to define an ongoing enablement cadence Have an excitement around developing plans and curriculum to create success Collaborate with executives and other departments as you create and implement programs, playbooks, demos and more. THE SKILL SET 3+ years of combined experience in either Customer Success or Enablement, with a proven track record of success within those roles Hands on experience as contributing SME for CS and Post-Sales education programs Exhibits a tenacity for optimizing and upleveling the performance and execution of the Customer Success organization, and demonstrates a proven track record in measuring those improvements against business objectives and OKRs. A deep understanding of Sales and the symbiotic relationship between sales and Customer Success. Experience in instructional design and Adult Learning Theory Demonstrated attention to detail, time management and organizational skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines A master project manager, known for attention to detail and capacity to work cross-functionally at all levels of the business. Fantastic communication skills including ability to gain buy in and alignment with senior leadership; strong presentation skills and ability to assimilate complex concepts and clearly articulate business value succinctly Independent working and decision making skills; strong sense of initiative Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Is this role not an exact fit for you?
