Customer Success Engineer

EF’s group Signum is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team in Zurich. Our team works between DesignOps, where we support and empower design in the company, and as an internal agency helping all the businesses that comprise EF Education First. In this role you will work closely with the engineering team and our internal customers, helping them get the most out of the EF Design System and website building tools. We are a friendly team of 5 developers looking to expand to better support the wider business. We work on a modern JS stack, and have total freedom and flexibility in how we choose to solve problems.
Responsibilities: Helping customers integrate and configure our products to suit their business needs.Communicating new features to the business through clearly written documentation, tutorials, presentations and workshops. Conducting technical training sessions to ensure users understand the features and functionalities.Assisting with custom solutions or workflows tailored to specific customer requirements.Collaborating with UX and UI Designers on new components, to ensure they meet customer needs.Diagnosing problems and collaborating with engineering or product teams to resolve complex issues.Providing detailed solutions, documentation, and workarounds.Assisting in day to day development and maintenance of EF's UI component library in React and Typescript.
Skills: Front end coding experience (React preferred), and headless CMS knowledge (we use Storyblok)Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.Deep understanding of customer needs and a strong desire to help them succeed.Analytical thinking to address technical challenges creatively.Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams. Desirable: Previous experience of working on Design Systems at scale.
