Customer Success Finance  role business partners with our CSU organisation of over 500 employees and the Support sales team, being a key member of the CSU leadership team. The CSU organisation is responsible for ensuring deployment of products across the Microsoft portfolio.

The UK Customer Success Finance will be an active member of a global community of corporate and regional Finance experts. The successful candidate will develop deep subject matter expertise on commit to close metrics, ECIF yield, CSU resource allocation and the Support Billed Revenue.

Microsoft UK is a single subsidiary area and is part of EMEA. Microsoft has been in the UK for over 40 years and has been a key enabler of the market IT growth through solid partnership with Governments, Enterprise, small and medium as well as IT partners and consumer partners in the UK. The UK Finance team has the responsibility to partner with sales and marketing teams within the UK.
