Sentinel is seeking internship candidates looking to gain hands on experience working with our customer success team. You will spend your summer working with Sentinel’s customer success team and training to build your skills customer relations.  You will have the opportunity to learn about some of the most innovative technologies and how we incorporate them with our customer base.  This internship program is designed to take your knowledge from classroom knowledge and skills into hands on practical implementation.  This position is onsite and located in Downers Grove, IL.

Qualifications Must be a Junior or Senior in college working towards a Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldCustomer service skill set is required, experience within lifecycle ownership is preferredMust strive to continually drive faster “time to value” and improve overall experienceDemonstrate direct business impact by accelerating delivery against Customer ObjectivesDemonstrate knowledge of product suite to drive scale and efficiency internally and with customers to promote collective successEnsure proper delivery, onboarding and adoption of products and services, conduct ongoing complianceThe candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipmentA valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be requiredLegally authorized to work in the US without sponsorshipMust demonstrate a “can-do” attitude

Compensation Range: 

Hourly Rate:  $22.00/hr
