We are seeking an outstanding Customer Success Manager to join our Emerging and Scaled Sales team, a fast-growing unit within the Spotify Advertising organization. We want someone who loves our product and wakes up every morning happy to interact with our clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the team from RFP submission to campaign optimization, promotion and wrap up, while proactively maintaining and growing client relationship. This client facing role includes strategic planning, project management and data led storytelling.  You will be a reliable and crucial market team member who can anticipate and provide solutions to meet ongoing client needs.What You'll DoBuild deep client relationships to deliver best-in-class customer service to Spotify’s advertiser and agency partnersPartner with offshoring team to facilitate campaign set up, launch and activation processes, including creative production management, spec review, asset collection, and ensuring proper creative traffickingBe responsible for the RFP response and media planning strategy across all buying channelsRegularly participate in client meetings to deepen relationships via high value client engagement, including campaign prep & launch, ongoing optimization recommendations, campaign reporting, and wrap upsPartner with cross-functional internal organizations to structure campaigns and deliver desired outcomesMonitor campaign pacing, delivery and performance reporting and optimize/revise media plans to meet client objectivesLeverage campaign reporting and insights to proactively identify and promote opportunities for SpotifyManage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and externally)Serve as the product expert by educating clients and their agencies on Spotify’s new and existing products, as well as advising on best practices and tailored campaign optimizationsReview, interpret and present data, including brand measurement studies, providing comprehensive campaign insights, recommendations, and learnings via effective data storytellingLead the post-campaign analysis with learnings and recommendations to drive repeat businessWho You AreA Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business and have a minimum of 3+ years experience in digital media, planning and/or buyingYou have strong industry knowledge and a desire to grow within the digital media industryStrong understanding of advertising performance metrics and the advertising ecosystemYou have a reputation of providing world class customer service, and craft impactful stories by using data and researchYou are a highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail who can work independently within a team focused organizationWork effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline and detailed oriented environment and have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skillsYou possess strong presentation and communication skills, native speaker in Tagalog, both written and spokenYou have excellent dexterity in excel and powerpoint, and have experience working within CRMs, OMSs, ad servers and other digital media tech systemsWhere You'll BeThis is a long term permanent position and payroll will be through a third party You will be based in Manila, PhilippinesWe offer you the flexibility to work where you work best!
