Description Job Title: Customer Success Manager Job Description: We're in search of a seasoned Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles. Key responsibilities for the role include driving customer success and retention, particularly within a SaaS or B2B environment. Responsibilities: + Implement strategies aimed at customer success, and retention. + Foster high-level relationships with key accounts. + Monitor customer satisfaction and devise plans for improvement when necessary. + Work with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success. + Lead and mentor members of the customer success team. + Collaborate cross-functionally to improve overall customer experience. Requirements Requirements: + Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, account management or similar role. + Proven track record of driving customer success and retention in a SaaS or B2B environment. + Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. + Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture strong customer relationships.
