In this strategic role, you will drive profitability by managing account P&L, forecasting revenue, and designing innovative supply chain solutions. You will collaborate globally to align enterprise capabilities with customer goals, develop strategic plans, and lead initiatives to deliver exceptional value. As a trusted partner, you will build relationships with executive-level contacts while mentoring teams and fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
**Grow Profitably**
+ Manage account P&L and financial performance.
+ Maintain accurate revenue projections and resource allocation.
+ Create supply chain solutions using customer data and requirements.
**Global Capabilities**
+ Align enterprise capabilities with customer goals and strategy.
+ Develop and execute a collaborative strategic plan.
+ Advocate for project-based delivery models to meet customer expectations.
**Customer Relationships**
+ Build and maintain strategic relationships with executive-level contacts.
+ Lead initiatives to deliver customer value and operational excellence.
+ Align business functions globally to support the customer’s strategic plan.
**Talent**
+ Mentor and guide Service Delivery teams.
+ Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
+ Encourage continuous improvement within the team.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ +6 years of professional experience in account management, specifically working with key, strategic clients
+ Knowledge of Supply Chain and/or Logistics industry
+ Proven ability to manage P&L and drive profitability
+ Strong strategic thinking and alignment with customer goals
+ Excellent customer-facing skills and relationship management
+ Experience presenting to key decision makers, both internal and external
+ Proven track record in consultative sales and managing customer expectations
+ Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and team leadership skills
