C.H. Robinson is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our Managed Solutions division.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Grow Profitably
Manage the commercial growth and P&L including expense management and maintain monthly revenue projections and accurate allocations.
Maintain accurate revenue projections and resource allocation.
Create supply chain solutions using customer data and requirements.
Global Capabilities
Align business functions to support the long-term strategic plans, maintains that strategy and participates in initiatives that drive continuous improvement
Develop and execute a collaborative strategic plan.
Advocate for project-based delivery models to meet customer expectations.
Customer Relationships
Voice of the customer, supporting them throughout the partnership and ongoing operations.
Develop initiatives that drive productivity and innovation, leading those projects and resources along with customer expectations and requirements that are aligned with the global strategy
Build and maintain strategic relationships with executive-level contacts.
Align business functions globally to support the customer’s strategic plan.
Ensure operational excellence and serve as an escalation point.
Understand industry and market trends and apply to customer strategy and business reviews.
Talent
Provides leadership and mentoring to the teams; implementation, service delivery, carrier management, supply chain services.
Promote a collaborative culture within the team and foster a mindset of growth and continuous improvement.
Encourage continuous improvement within the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
+6 years of professional experience in account management, specifically working with key, strategic clients
Knowledge of Supply Chain and/or Logistics industry
Proven ability to manage P&L and drive profitability
Strong strategic thinking and alignment with customer goals
Excellent customer-facing skills and relationship management
Experience presenting to key decision makers, both internal and external
Proven track record in consultative sales and managing customer expectations
Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and team leadership skills
Values a diverse and inclusive work environment
Ability to travel up to 25% (domestically and internationally)
