Job Description

In this role, you will help our customers leverage the platform and extensive reach of the Pregnancy+ app to enhance maternal care and access to resources. You will work closely with our diverse customers, including health insurers and government organizations, to customize the app experience with additional content to inform about available maternal health resources and benefits. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new customers, developing and implementing customized content strategies, and continuously optimizing and reporting on the performance of these initiatives. Your priority will be to make a positive impact on the pregnancy experience and maternal health outcomes.

Your role:

Engage with new customers during the contracting phase to gather requirements, establish KPIs to track execution and measure success, and ensure the delivery of solutions that meet customer needs.Develop and execute a content strategy for customers, working with the content team, copywriters, and translators to customize Pregnancy+ to the local needs of the customersAcquire and apply domain knowledge in maternal health as you engage with the customer to proactively support customer needs. Develop, deliver and present customer reports, providing data, analytics, and insights. Execute user surveys to gain insights and analytics from the parents we are serving through our product.Implement content through CMS systems and continuously monitor performance to ensure it reaches the right audiences and has the desired impact.Continuously optimize the content strategy based on performance metrics and customer feedback throughout the project lifecycleProactively develop marketing claims and substantiated proof points for the projects you manage in collaboration with our customers and facilitate the transfer of customer requirements to product managers and actively collaborate with them to drive ongoing product improvement.

You're the right fit if:

Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Health Sciences or a related field preferred or equivalent experienceAt least 3 years of experience in customer success, content management or a related role with a skillset in project management, creating implementation plans and driving execution.Experience working with CMS systems and analytics tools and proven track record in content strategy and creation and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in US and EuropeStrong interest in maternal health and women's health issuesProficiency in data analysis and creating improvement strategies based on analytics and insights

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office-based role in Stamford, CT.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Connecticut is $114,464 to $196,224.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here. 

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Stamford, Connecticut.
