Customer Success Officer

The job responsibilities include everything related to customer service and happiness.

Provide superior customer service by understanding customers' needs. Answer queries and provide complete and accurate information to help users perform tasks. Meeting with clients face to face to do product demos. Handling of online product demos to demonstrate the app and holding webinars. Updating of internal help articles and documentation. Perform other administrative tasks that may be assigned by management.
