The Opportunity Customer Success Operations Analyst The CS Ops analyst is an internal facing role responsible for assisting the Customer success and Renewals teams. This role will partner with these teams, Sales operations, and order management to ensure that they have all the information needed for their processes and provide them with reports and analytics data for ongoing and future planning. The CS Ops analyst is expected to maintain strong partnerships with all Planview team members to foster a collaborative and team focused approach. The CS Ops analyst is responsible for the effective use of internal tools/processes to keep management and internal teams informed. What You'll Do Create and maintain reports and dashboards in both Salesforce and Power BI. Review and monitor SD data and automated processes to ensure correct data is available for forecasting and CS processes. Partner with the renewals and Customer Success teams to provide required information and help analyse data for future planning and ongoing processes. Create reports and presentations for management review. Desired Skills: Highly proficient in Salesforce. Experienced creating and managing Power BI boards. Strong business analytics skills. Exceptional team player with the ability to facilitate and harness cross-team collaboration while working with teams in person and virtually. A self-starter and quick learner comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities change constantly. Excellent office suite competency. Strong presentation and communication skills. Enthusiastic, positive, personable, and flexible. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure. Excellent time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. What You'll Bring Bachelor of Arts or Sciences (BA/BS) degree or equivalent job experience. 2+ years of work experience in sales operation, CS Operations, revenue operations. Knowledge of Salesforce. Knowledge of Power BI (Any other BI Tool). Knowledge in Gainsight (Mandatory) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
