As our client experiences rapid growth in their marketplace platform, they need a dedicated Customer Success Operations Specialist to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success for their B2B clients. This role bridges the gap between technical platform implementation and customer satisfaction, ensuring clients can effectively leverage the platform's AI-enabled sales capabilities while maintaining high-quality service standards.

The Impact you’ll makeClient Onboarding Management\nConduct 1-on-1 onboarding sessions with new clients\nGuide clients through internal tool setup and configuration\nCreate and maintain customer training materials using ChatGPT\nProcess Optimization\nUpdate and maintain CRM (Attio) with client information\nEnsure automation workflows are properly configured and executed\nMonitor and track onboarding progress for all accounts\nCustomer Communication\nRespond to customer inquiries via email and Slack\nSchedule and coordinate customer meetings using Calendly\nProvide regular status updates to clients\nPlatform Support\nConfigure customer accounts in internal tools\nSet up and manage email automation in Customer.io\nTroubleshoot basic technical issues\n

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nMinimum 1 year experience in B2B SaaS customer success or account management\nDemonstrated experience with CRM systems and customer communication tools\nTrack record of managing multiple client relationships simultaneously\nExperience with process documentation and implementation\nProven ability to learn and adapt to new technology platforms\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\n
