As\na Customer Success Professional here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role\nin ensuring the success and satisfaction of our key customers. You will build\nand maintain strong relationships with customers, comprehend their business\nneeds, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Your\nexpertise in customer success will contribute to customer retention, expansion,\nand overall business growth.

You will report directly to our Customer Success Manager and you'll work out of\nour Raleigh, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by driving customer satisfaction,\nretention, and expansion. Your ability to build strong relationships,\ncomprehend customer needs, and deliver exceptional service will be instrumental\nin shaping our customer success strategies and driving business success.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain strong\nrelationships with customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our\nproducts and servicesComprehend customer business needs\nand provide tailored solutions to meet their requirementsWork with cross-functional teams to\ndrive customer-centric initiatives and ensure seamless customer onboarding and\nimplementationAnalyze customer data and provide\ninsights to drive continuous improvement and enhance the customer experience
