Customer Success Representative

This role embraces Customer Success Management Foundations in a reactive way. Customer Success Representative will provide high level of assistance to United States Bronze Accounts, in order to keep them healthy by promoting growth (Renewals, Upgrades), applying retention when needed and focusing on administrative tasks, without losing sight of the client’s needs being covered from the product point of view as well.

\n\nResponsibilities and Duties\n\n\n\tAddress, document and solve incidents and administrative requirements in a timely matter.\n\tReceive and manage escalations, via email, phone or chat. \n\tManage the execution of actions to cover and exceed the customer needs detected. \n\tPeriodic review meeting of the comprehensive service levels. \n\tGenerate and deliver score card. \n\tProvide high standard contract summaries and account reconciliations for Bronze Segment.\n\tWork on Retention and process Partial and Full Churn as needed.\n\tPromote growth for Bronze Accounts assigned by engaging with the customer and understanding the company’s needs, in order to accomplish Upgrade, Add-On and Renewal opportunities, or re-directing Upsell opportunities. \n\tAddress inquiries generated from Bronze Accounts assigned related to contracts, finance and drive account reconciliations as needed. \n\tDeeply investigate issues and re-direct situations to appropriate departments when needed. \n\n1+ year experience in administrator role.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.\nPrior experience using Sales Force (or similar CRM) and SAP.\nIntermediate level Excel skills. \nAbility to work autonomously and display a high level of self-motivation, willingness to take ownership & be held accountable\nPositive and enthusiastic approach and attitude, with Strong organisational and interpersonal skills\nCustomer relationship and conflict management skills\nMethodical and disciplined approach to problem solving\n\n
