Job Description

As a Customer Success Representative, you will ensure our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products or services. This role reports to Sales Manager and involves communication, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with our teams to address any issues or improvements. Your efforts will directly affect customer satisfaction and retention, contributing to the success of our business.

What you'll be doing?

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they are trained and comfortable using our software.Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.Maintain understanding of our software solutions and platform offerings to communicate value propositions and solutions to meet client needs.Check in with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the software and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional solutions.Gather client feedback and work with other teams to drive continuous improvement in our products and services

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

Experience in customer success, account management, or a sales roleStrong verbal and written communication skills for high-level stakeholder engagement and negotiation.Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client challenges with innovative solutions.Experience with delivering exceptional customer service and helping clients succeed.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
