Job Description Responsible for delivering a best-in-class experience for Roaming and International’s Inbound customers & wholesale partners. Focused on driving efficiency and account/supplier satisfaction through establishment of policies, systems, processes and improvements that will ensure seamless and superior service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Owns the end-to-end customer service and experience for International’s wholesale businesses, developing processes and policies that elevate the way we care for partners, suppliers and customersOrchestrates operationalization of processes for new business streams (eg. settlement, escalation, customer handling & resiliency, SLAs)Identifies opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains in collaboration with support groups Oversees the managed service provider responsible for providing superior customer supportResponsible for end-to-end inventory management and ensuring efficient order fulfillment
