We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

Technology Training and Events Coordination: Plan, facilitate, and deliver technology-focused upskilling programs and product awareness initiatives, ensuring effective management of logistics and communications for global events.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the technology organization, as well as external partners, to align program objectives with business needs.Strategic Communications: Design, develop, and manage communications to support the delivery of technology-related initiatives and promote engagement across the organization.Data Management and Insights: Gather and analyze event-related data, manage records, and prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documents to measure program success and identify areas for improvement.Operational and Administrative Support: Proactively undertake administrative tasks to support the Customer Success team, ensuring smooth execution and delivery within required timelines.Continuous Improvement: Leverage feedback and insights to enhance the quality and impact of technology-focused programs and initiatives

Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership in a technology-driven environment.Technology Program and Event Management: Proven experience in planning, executing, and evaluating technology-focused programs or events, with an emphasis on driving continuous improvement.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and present actionable insights to inform decision-making.Customer Success Expertise: Demonstrated success in customer success management or a related field, with a track record of designing and delivering impactful technology engagement initiatives.Technical Knowledge: Experience in one or more IT operational areas such as Infrastructure, Service Management, Connectivity, End User Technologies, or Cloud technologies.Agile Methodology: Solid understanding of agile principles and proven experience working within agile teams.Adaptability and Creativity: A flexible and innovative mindset with a ‘can-do’ attitude to overcome challenges and deliver results.
