Looking for a highly self-motivated and driven individual to grow Customer Success within Oracle's installed base. This position is responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts, working with partners within an established geographic territory. Responsible for selling services for Oracle's solutions and products, both in Hybrid and Multi-cloud for platform and SaaS subscriptions area:
- Primary responsibility may include finding and generating new customers either direct or through working with partners.
- Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel. Strong ability to develop, strengthen and maintain relationships with Oracle internal and with our partners is highly critical.
- Technically savvy on technology adoption and have Enterprise Architect exposure and skillset.
- Develop strategies to align enterprise transformations with both Oracle internal and customer architects and explaining the business value of services
- Understand enterprise customer industry applications building blocks.
- Global account/key account director experience a bonus.
- Experience in crafting a managed services/outsourcing deals in IT operations a bonus
- at least 6-10 years of IT sales/technical experience.
