The Position

\n

We’re looking to add Customer Success Specialist to join Teletrac Navman! In this role, you will be responsible for managing all retention, resign and client account activities, to keep churn under annual targets. You will drive increased revenue growth and existing customer base penetration through upsell, cross-sell and price management as per annual targets as well as looking for long-term perspective relationships.

In this role, you’ll get to:

\n\nDevelop customer success enduring relationships. \nIncrease adoption and demonstration of ROI. \nSecure contract renewals and uncover opportunities to increase revenue growth within client life-cycle. \nManage and improve Customer Health using company´s methodology, develop and facilitate actions plans as required to improve levels of service or to support client´s strategic objectives. \nResolve in time and form any adm. request from the customer (Escalations, inquiries, etc) \nContribute effectively to team-working collaboratively with other departments (Finance, Support, etc) \nLead and participate through VBS tools and projects (DMs, PSP, PD,VOC, etc)  \nTactical Objectives achieve individuals and company´s targets: \n\nChurn, Growth, Net revenue ARR, Customer Health scores, Operative targets path to success (learning and growth) \n\n\n

We are looking for people who:

\n\nPreferred degree in administration, systems, or accounting fields \n3+ years’ experience in B2B Customer Account Management / Customer Success-Sales or Project Management \nExperience in a SaaS background \nExperience using SAP, Salesforce and Churn Zero \nDriving customer value from product \nExperience building and growing long term customer relationships \nPassionate customer service orientation with extensive experience in managing multiple stakeholders \nExperience in account revenue growth \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills \nStrong time management skills \nHigh level of attention to detail \nMethodical and disciplined approach to problem solving \n\n
