Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, the Customer Success Specialist will engage with the customer base ensuring a positive customer experience on all fronts.  The selected candidate will be focused on supporting successful product use, contract, and order management along with customer retention. This role is ideal for a driven, detail-oriented professional looking to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment within the technology industry. This is a full-time, on-site role with excellent prospects for long-term career growth.

Job Responsibilities

Engage with customers at scale throughout key points in the customer journey.Respond to customer requests and issues as the highest priorityProvide training on customer's request, and when new features are releasedReview signed contracts and related documents for completeness, accuracy, and changesProcess sales orders and warranty ordersPrepare data for importing into the CRMPrepare account statementsReview all outstanding open orders, work to resolve and expedite shipment delays and rush ordersVarious reporting for internal and external clientsContribute ideas and innovations to improve upon existing work processes and proceduresAd Hoc reports and projects as needed

 Skills and Experience

Team player, self-motivated2 to 4 years of experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM softwareAdvanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and macrosStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaborativelyBachelor’s degree or equivalent
