Customer Success Specialist
Overview Impact the moment McGraw Hill is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to provide professional learning services and overarching support to clients who purchase Professional Services specifically around our Achieve3000/McGraw Hill web-based curriculum solutions. How will you make an impact? This role involves proactively identifying customer needs, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer success. The specialist also monitors customer health, gathers feedback, and collaborates with internal teams to drive improvements, ultimately contributing to the overall success of both the customer and the company. This position is open to applicants local to Hawaii and are authorized to work for any employer within the United States. It requires up to 70% travel locally, so priority will be given to applicants who reside within 1 hour of Maui. What you'll be doing: Consult with District on executing a detailed implementation plan. Facilitate the creation of custom integration plans and curriculum alignment. Coordinate district-wide initiatives, build internal district capacity, and scale for rapid student growth. Develop a relationship with and serve as the primary liaison between the McGraw Hill customer experience team and the partner district. Communicate regularly with school and district leadership; Listen to customers, identify barriers to implementation, provide suggestions to resolve challenges and respond promptly to all stake holders’ needs. Collaborate with school and district leaders to develop implementation timelines and on-going action plans. Plan and deliver professional learning services, manage deliverables and all aspects of ongoing customer support. Provide high quality onsite and online professional learning workshops, classroom modeling and/or individual action-based consulting sessions for teachers, parents, school administrators and district personnel. Monitor usage and progress by analyzing various program data and provide action plans as needed. A successful candidate will have: BA or master’s degree in education or related field A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience At least 3 years of experience delivering professional learning sessions and knowledge of adult learning. Strong presentation and facilitation skills and previous experience training with technology products. Ability to travel before and after regular school hours, when assigned, to schools who have purchased professional development sessions both in the PSM’s region and/or nationally. As this position requires traveling by car, we require candidates to have a valid driver’s license with the ability to drive a car in the designated territory. The pay range for this position is between $50,000-$89,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
