Our client provides a turnkey Customized Marketing System powered by the most advanced Loyalty Program available to Independent Business Owners today. We are seeking a relationship-driven Customer Success Specialist to help clients fully leverage their marketing system while identifying upsell opportunities to enhance their success. What You’ll Do: Manage and nurture client accounts, ensuring they maximize the system's benefits. Build strong relationships with business owners, providing strategic value and support. Conduct monthly check-ins to drive customer engagement and retention. Identify upselling opportunities to help clients achieve greater success. Work autonomously while collaborating with a tight-knit team (8+ year average tenure). What We’re Looking For: People-first mindset – ability to build rapport and create value for clients. Proactive & self-sufficient – takes initiative in managing relationships and making calls. Sales-driven approach – ability to upsell while maintaining a customer-centric focus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
