We're seeking a Customer Success Specialist to be the primary point of contact for clients while supporting the company's sales and customer service initiatives. This role is crucial in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring successful payment processing operations, and driving business growth through excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will become an integral part of the business, working closely with the client to learn and master the intricacies of payment processing operations. Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nPrevious experience in customer success or account management\nDemonstrated background in payment processing\nStrong sales support experience\nProficiency with automation tools (Zapier, Make.com)\nExperience with CRM systems\nMust be U.S.-based\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\nYour Superpowers:\n
