Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field\n2+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS or technology industry\nProven track record of managing and growing customer relationships\nStrong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nExperience with CRM systems and customer success platforms\nCandidates should be proficient in one or more of the following:\nStrategic account planning\nProject management\nData analysis and reporting\nPresentation skills\nBusiness process analysis\nROI calculation\nStakeholder management\nWhat to expect...\n
Schedule:\nMajority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities maybe full-time or part-time.\nCompensation:\nRate starts at $5 per hour\nPayment is made via Deel\nEquipment:Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n
