Customer Success Team Leader

Join our dynamic Customer Success team as our Customer Success Administration Team Lead!  You will lead our global administration team and proactively manage and provide high support to the global Customer Success Team. 

\n

WHAT YOU WILL DO

\n

·       Drive increased Customer Experience (CX)

\n

·       Oversee all Customer Success Administrators' activity and compliance.

\n

·       Assist with process definition, implementation, and improvements to ensure the Customer Success Administration team meets contractual and customer expectations 

\n

·       Assist with coaching and mentoring the Customer Success Administration team to ensure high-quality customer service via phone and email.

\n

·       Ensure company processes and procedures relating to Customer Success Administration are adhered to, proactively monitoring and reporting on compliance.

\n

·       Preparation of data for team daily management meetings

\n

·       Account allocation tasks and dealer customer allocation

\n

·       Churn and Order queue management

\n

·       Establish short-term and mid-term plans and optimize resources to ensure that team objectives are consistently met

\n

·       Collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth, retention, and CX

\n

·       Maintain various CRM systems and KPI bowlers.

\n

·       Maintain a knowledge base of product and solution features/functionality of competitive products present

WHO YOU ARE

\n

\n

·       3+ years experience in an administrator role.

\n

·       Strong English skills, both written and verbal.

\n

·       Prior experience using Sales Force (or similar CRM) and SAP.

\n

·       Intermediate-level Excel skills.

\n

·       Ability to work autonomously and display a high level of self-motivation, willingness to take ownership & be held accountable.

\n

·       Positive and enthusiastic approach and attitude, with Strong organisational and interpersonal skills

\n

·       Customer relationship and conflict management skills

\n

·       Passion for customer experience with experience in managing multiple stakeholders

\n

·       Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
