The Role
The Customer Supply Chain Planner is the glue between internal sales and operational teams as well as customers and our fulfilment partners, driving our operational execution and service levels. The initial focus will be to support our ambitious expansion plans by creating the processes required to supply new countries across the regions, but very quickly you will also be looking at getting the balance just right between operational efficiency and delivering exceptional customer service.
We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator and relationship builder, who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into operational detail but can also identify and address long-term challenges in a fast-growing business.

Reporting Relationships
Reporting into the regional Customer Supply Chain Manager Supporting the regional National Accounts function as the first point of contact for Supply Chain queries.Opportunities for development and career advancement
As part of a rapidly expanding region, you will be given many exciting new implementations to manage. You will also be expected to be a key part of our drive for continuous improvement, reviewing current processes and investigating better, industry-leading, ways of working. The Customer Supply Chain team has a clear career path which you can follow or else look to progress via another Supply Chain team or an entirely different function!About you
A strong educational background Strong data and excel skills with ability to use complex formulas (IF, SUMIFS etc) Experience with an ERP system is highly desirable, someone IT savvy Strong organisational and time management skills. Inquisitive and keen to learn and develop. Showing outstanding attention to detail, identifying, and correct anomalies quickly Ability to work both independently and within a team. Able to be agile and flexible in your role. Independently driving personal development and experience and being a key player in the team ensuring as a collective we achieve our goals. Able to demonstrate real examples of supporting on projects/improvements right through to the end result. Able to demonstrate examples of building and improving internal and external stakeholder relationships. Fluency in an additional language preferably European would be an added benefit to the role (French, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish) Experience or Interest in similar Wholesale/Supply Chain RoleWhy join us?
