As a Customer & Supply Chain Specialist at Roche Pharma you will have a high level of accountabilities, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and taking ownership of order management tasks to our end customer.

We are currently looking for a part-time support for 6-12 months covering an exciting supply chain project and daily order management activities as part of our Supply Chain Team.

What to expect:

Prioritizing and co-creating solutions to individual customer needs and central Roche targets

Supporting various responsibilities as a Customer Service specilists in the new set up of the Supply Chain Operating Model (order consolidation, cost to serve)

Help managing change in the Austrian organization and contribute to creating good partnership with stakeholders

Contributing to insight gathering, data collection and analysis, while also helping to implement and measure benefits of solutions deployed on cross functional teams

Who you are:

Fluent in English and German

Experience with SAP is an advantage, but not a must

Analytical thinking and Can do attitude

General interest in supply chain management

Willingness to learn and stay flexible

Availability for 20 - 30 hours per week and between the hours of 09:00 - 15:00

You can expect an annual salary from € 42,000 gross (on a full-time basis), as well as attractive benefits.
