What you’ll be doing in this position:
Proactively addressing a variety of hardware and transaction-related requests from our merchants Providing support to Italian, Spanish and English-speaking customers through various communication channels, via phone, chat or email
You’ll be great for this position if you have:
Multi-tasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication (Italian and English, Spanish) Problem solving attitude Experience with CRM systems Demonstrated ability to work in team and also independently
