Customer Support Assistant

Join the team at Servco Toyota Kaka'ako as a Customer Support Associate! Give our customers a warm welcome in the service drive, confirm their appointment, and obtain customer and vehicle information for our Service Consultants.

Responsibilities:

Prepare pre-work order and all necessary documents the day prior to scheduled appointmentsWarmly acknowledge and greet customers in the service drivePolitely ask customers the purpose of their service appointmentObtain customer’s vehicle mileage, contact information, and other pertinent informationReceive customer complaints and refer to Service ManagerSchedule customers for return appointments when back ordered parts arriveManage and track loaner vehiclesMove vehicles as needed

Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalentMinimum one year of customer service experienceStrong communication and customer relations skillsBasic Word and Excel skillsMust be detail oriented, able to multi-task, and have strong attention to detailValid driver’s license preferredWork schedule: Monday - Friday from 6:30am - 3:30pm
