In this role, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class recruitment strategies that support our

growth and for developing, driving, and executing staffing initiatives across the organization!

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

• Provides excellent service and support to our customers through chat and email.

• Responds to chat messages or emails accurately in a professional and timely manner.

• Gathers information and determines the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms.

• Diagnoses and solves technical issues involving email clients, website, DNS and more.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

• Must have excellent written communication skills with accurate spelling and grammar.

• Must have an average typing speed of 45 WPM.

• Must have excellent customer service skills.

• Must have good comprehension skills.
