Job Purpose
The purpose of this position is to ensure that customers of FirstMetroSec are provided with an excellent customer service experience.
Major Responsibilities
The Customer Support Associate is responsible for addressing all customer concerns with FirstMetroSec. Specific responsibilities of the position shall include the following:
Provide timely and accurate assistance in resolving inquiries, requests and complaints, for walk-in clients, as well as through phone call, email, chat and other social media communication.
Track and monitor customer concerns handling with proper documentation and review.
Work closely with other units to resolve customer concerns.
Handle account maintenance of clients’ records.
Prepares MIS reports in relation to customer service or frontline functions.
Process corporate actions such as IPOs, FOOs, SROs, Tender Offers, Bond, Mutual Fund and UITF offerings.
Handle special projects and assist the sales team in account opening functions during events.
Comply with the organization’s internal and external policies and regulations.
Perform other responsibilities that may be assigned
