**Job Title: Customer Support Associate** **Job Description** The Customer Support Associate/Technical Support role is responsible for providing technical assistance with software and equipment, resolving customer/client issues via phone or electronically (email). The role requires the ability to escalate complex problems to higher roles and perform customer resolution efficiently and effectively.
