Role & DepartmentCanon EMEA is looking for a Customer Support Coordinator in the European Service Parts Management (ESPM) department. In this role you will contribute to the ESPM departmental and operational targets by providing outstanding customer service to National & Regional Sales Offices (NSO & RSO). The key stakeholders for this role are the internal Planning and Finance departments, the support functions, project teams, and inventory controllers as well as external NSO’s and RSO’s.

As a Customer Support Coordinator you will be responsible for:
Acting as the primary point of contact for Canon EMEA parts requests and order inquiries through the Customer Service Management tool, overseeing constraints, escalations, and exceptions, while efficiently handling requests for additional supply, ETAs, cancellations, and backorder management.Fostering strong relationships with Canon Sales Offices through regular Business-to-Business (B2B) meetings across Engineer and Dealer Channels.Keeping National Sales Offices informed on performance metrics, backorder status, and promptly provide detailed updates for escalated requests.Collaborating closely with both external stakeholders, such as Business Operations, to ensure parts meet customer orders and delivery requirements, and internal stakeholders, like the ESPM Planning team, to maintain high availability and fill rates while driving process improvements.Monitoring automated spare ordering processes to quickly identify and resolve any disruptions. Consistently seek opportunities for efficiency and process improvements to minimize interruptions and optimize the overall order flow. What we ask
