Customer Support Coordinator
**Job Description** **Position Summary:** Provides guidance to consumers and dealers, handling all inbound order processing, product recommendation and post-sale activities, such as product returns and warranty needs. **Essential Functions of this Role:** The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: + Ensure orders are shipping on time. + Take internal calls from Revelyst Customer Service teams to answer questions and resolved issues. + Escalate issues to management and track them. + Work with the appropriate business teams to ensure returns are properly handled. During key times of the year, help the returns team process returns. + Understand customer shipping requirements. + Update facility metrics. + Effectively balances a variable workload, shifting when necessary to meet the demands of the department and company + Maintains a high level of professionalism while on the phone or communicating via email + Looks for opportunities to improve overall customer experience by identifying and contributing to process improvements **Supervisory Responsibilities:** + None **Work Environment:** + This job operates within the distribution center in Stockton, CA **Physical Demands:** + Sitting for long periods of time + Significant manual dexterity for keying in data for long periods of time + Lifting or pushing up to 25lbs **Expected Hours of Work:** + Must be available during standard distribution hours with occasional overtime + Remain flexible with working schedules is required, to include working overtime, evenings, and weekends **Travel** : + None **Required Education, Experience and Skills:** + Must be at least 18 years of age + High School diploma or equivalent required + 0 to 2 years of related experience and/or education + Positive attitude - work as part of a team and/or independently + Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relations with people in different functions + Basic math, reading and voice comprehension is a must + Ability to read packs, order labels, other information and match to visible items and other data + Maintain regular attendance **Preferred Education, Experience and Skills:** + Strong customer service experience, preferably in the outdoor industry via retail or in-house sales/service + Solid communication skills, both written and verbal + Ability to solve problems and actively listen with a focus on win-win solutions + Capacity to switch tasks quickly and efficiently, balancing a large inbound phone/email workload + Technical aptitude with inventory management systems, Excel and other programs used to track, manage and process orders, product returns and inventory assessment + Ability to quickly learn and understand the full product line, fabric technologies and expertly explain and recommend Simms products to a variety of anglers and experience levels **Additional Eligibility Qualifications:** To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
