You will represent Volvo Penta in front of the customer to provide extensive aftermarket service support and technical solutions. Responsible for the customer’s up-time by securing the business partners proficiency in providing premium service management (repairs, quality issues, technical support) in a timely manner in South-East Asia including S. Korea and Taiwan.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Overall responsibility for product quality issues, technical issues and warranty cases. Prepare and execute providing Market Quality Reports and Argus Service Requests as necessary to gain central technical support Drive and coordinate customer satisfaction and securing Argus response time Utilize software programming for the preparation of technical specifications, user documentation, presentations and progress and results tracking Contribute together with Business Sales Manager to produce yearly KPIs target for each Business Partner Warranty/Claim handling according to business manual Contribute together with Business Sales Manager to DOS/IOS-evaluation as requested Support exhibition/conference event with Unit Sales team Assure that the Business Partner supports all Volvo Penta products in their area of responsibility Drive and coordinate the usage of Volvo Penta tools, systems, standards, and processes Train and build Business Partners technical competency as necessarily Give input to Business Sales Managers on needed technical competence initiatives for Business Partners May require at site assistance thus travelling can be expectedWho are you?

Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferably with hands on experience in engineering related subject. At least 3 years proven track record in aftermarket services support, knowledge and customer solution activities Exposure to Electric Vehicle/Battery Energy Storage System will be an added advantage. Able to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player.
