Group/Division

The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description

KLA 주요 장비의 담당자로서 고객에게 Hardware 중심 기술 지원고객과의 커뮤니케이션을 기반으로 KLA 장비의 관리 및 모니터링 실시KLA 장비 구동에 문제가 발생했을 경우, 1차적인 문제 해결 담당자로서 제반 사항을 전담장비 유지 및 보다 복잡한 문제에 대한 해결을 위해 본사 및 유관부서와의 협업 진행

Minimum Qualifications

4년제 학사 이상 소지자 또는 2022년 2월 졸업 예정자 (2022년 1월 이후 근무 가능자 限)전자, 전기, 물리, 기계, 반도체 관련 학사 또는 석사 전공OPIC-IM2 이상, TOEIC Speaking 6급 이상 영어회화 가능자 우대
