Customer Support Executive - Airlines Industry

End to end airline operation - Work Environment - 24*7

Must have Fluency in spoken MANDARIN & ENGLISH .

Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in the BPO, Airlines or Travel industry.

24/7 Shift Rotational :

3 shift – Morning, Afternoon, Midnight 8 hour per shift 5 days in a week from Monday to Sunday

Roles & Responsibilities :

Customer Care related issues, Reservations, Bulk bookings, Notification, Re-booking, Credit card verification, Queues Management, Email management for all corporate and travel agent queries To be able to Handle Customer queries & with good customer Service skills and travel related services keeping in mind various SLAs like quality, AHT, sales conversion & efficient customer service. To be able to deal with customers and meet customer requirements
