For our local Sales organization, Mobility Aftermarket department we are looking for:

Customer Support Expert – Maternity Cover

Job Description

∙        Monitoring of local automotive aftermarket

∙        Technical support to the customers – Dealers and Workshops

∙        Administration support for Workshop equipment sales

∙        Support on internal projects

∙        Warranty handling administration 

∙        BX exchange program administration 

Qualifications

∙        Technical / Economical university degree (Students in their last year of study or graduates can also apply)

∙        Customer and team oriented

∙        Strong organizational and administrational skills

∙        Openness and strong communication skills

∙        Advanced English knowledge

∙        Willingness to travel, driving license would be considered a plus

∙        Excellent MS Office knowledge, SAP/CRM experience is a strong advantage

∙        Market-specific product knowledge (Automotive) would be considered a strong advantage
