Customer Support Expert

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other communication channels.Address and resolve customer complaints and issues accurately and efficiently.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with other team members to improve overall service delivery.Assist with tracking shipments and providing customers with updates.Identify opportunities for process improvements in customer support activities.

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Persian.Customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.A basic understanding of the transport and logistics industry is preferred.Proficiency in using standard office software and customer management systems.
