Our mission is simple: to open the world through education.About the RoleWe are looking for a Customer Service Intern to join our team and ensure students have a smooth, stress-free experience before and during their international programs. This role involves administrative coordination, customer service, and problem-solving to support students and families throughout their journey.If you are highly organized, thrive in a dynamic environment, and enjoy working with people from different backgrounds, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Your ResponsibilitiesStudent & Parent Support – Assist students and parents with inquiries, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.Booking & Travel Coordination – Follow up on student bookings, handle flight proposals, and request school transfers.Document Processing – Check and manage student documents (visa procedures, liability waivers, passports, etc.).Payments & Invoicing – Request, process, and follow up on outstanding payments.Case Management – Coordinate with EF schools worldwide to resolve student-related issues.Event Support – Attend events to promote EF, including fairs and high school visits.Administrative Tasks – Handle incoming calls, emails, and help manage the Help Desk.Your ProfileFluent in English, all additional languages are a plus!Strong organizational and communication skills.Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at once.Proactive problem solver with a customer-first mindset.Experience in customer service, administration, education, or travel is a plus! Why Join EF?A fun, international, and dynamic environment with a start-up vibe.Regular training sessions and opportunities for growth within the company.Team events, kick-offs, and holiday parties. Interested?We’d love to hear from you!
