As a Customer Support Intern, you’ll be part of the Application Support Team, providing assistance to clients using OneStream's software. You’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of how our support department operates and plays a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction by assisting with customer cases and helping improve our knowledge base.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Learn the essentials of the OneStream software and support process.
• Gain hands-on experience working with customers, troubleshooting issues, and developing effective communication skills.
• Support the team in handling challenging and urgent cases, contributing to timely and effective solutions.
• Assist in enhancing our knowledge base and organizing case categories to streamline data collection and reporting.
• Participate in a special intern project to explore an area for improvement within the Customer Support team.
Required Education and Experience
• Actively enrolled in an accredited university with at least 60 credits completed (minimum GPA of 3.0) or recently graduated (within the last 6-9 months). Master's degree students are also welcome.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• A team-oriented mindset.
• Eagerness to learn.
