Customer Support/Ops Coordinator I

The primary task of a Risk – Finance Data Service Sales Order Processing provide support via cases, email, and other available communication paths.  RSFDS Customer Support will assist our global clients and account managers post sales/ mid-term in setting up user credentials and providing account management.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

Add/remove/swapping of users.Add/remove of commodities.Change user entitlement access.Suspend/Reinstate  of accounts and subscriptions.Cancellation/Extension of race period.Assisting in 3rd party access requests.Processing seamless renewals.Provide phone and respond to  email/cases from a queue.

Key Skills Required:

Work in a collaborative environment.Basic to intermediate usage for CRM tools like Salesforce.Skilled in working with various Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.Ability to identify new initiatives to help improve efficiency.Basic presentation skills.

Can work well with various personalities.Ability to coordinate with teams across various locations.Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail in working on repetitive tasks.Problem-solving skillsStrong client-focused approach to workAbility to work independently.Meet deadlines while working under pressure.Strong work ethic and positive attitude, even in routine responsibilities.Willingness to adjust/rotate schedule when needed.Bachelor’s degree holder or at least completed 2 years in college with no back subjects.
